I was out of town and needed HVAC repair done for an apt I had just rented out. I was unable to be there for the service because I was on vacation. The contractor quoted me $65 to come look at the A/C and a flat rate of $165 to charge the A/C. I called him to pre-authorize him to charge my card because I was going to be going out on a boat out of cell phone coverage. He said that he would like a $500 authorization. I told him I just wanted him to charge the coolant. When I check my bank account, he had charge me more than was quoted. He replaced some part that he said was bad. Perhaps we didn't communicate well. Other than that, good

Quick response time; worked pretty efficiently and resolved the issue. Work included troubleshooting the A/C system and then finally resolving the issue. He took his time but not too much time as to run up the bill. I would recommend this company.
