| I was out of town and needed HVAC repair done for an apt I had just rented out. I was unable to be there for the service because I was on vacation. The contractor quoted me $65 to come look at the A/C and a flat rate of $165 to charge the A/C. I called him to pre-authorize him to charge my card because I was going to be going out on a boat out of cell phone coverage. He said that he would like a $500 authorization. I told him I just wanted him to charge the coolant. When I check my bank account, he had charge me more than was quoted. He replaced some part that he said was bad. Perhaps we didn't communicate well. Other than that, good |

| Quick response time; worked pretty efficiently and resolved the issue. Work included troubleshooting the A/C system and then finally resolving the issue. He took his time but not too much time as to run up the bill. I would recommend this company. |
