Sears Heating and Cooling - Washington D.C.
Customer Rating:
Homeowner: Charles H.
Project: Install or Replace Furnace or Forced Air Heating System
City: Washington, DC
Although first appointment did not showup, the salesman was very professional. Spend a lot of time discussing my needs. Recommended a large AC unit based of sq. footage of my house. Something that the other 4 companies did not do. The installers were very professional also. They arrived on time, went over what they were there to do and did not stop until they were finished. Then they explained what they had done how the system worked and how the thermostat worked. They did an excellent job.

Very professional. Timely. When a timeline set, the company met the timeline. The workers came to work each day on time. Mr. Pepper explained the new unit to me very carefully, making sure that I understood the unit. He ensure me that he would stand beyond the work and not hesitate to call if I had any concerns or problems after the work was done.
