The work was very good. The only thing was that the estimate was probably too low (I know I benefitted this time) and, from my perspective, that caused the first electrician to rush and miss 2 items. He worked very efficiently and didn't waste any time, but was still over the 5 hrs allotted by a little on the first visit. The 2d visit took about 1.5-2 hrs, so that should have been included in the bid. But for having to come back a 2d time, I would have given you a "Very Good" rating. In DC you would still have come in under the next closest bid and I would still have used you. I think both electricians were very courteous and seemed to know their work well, did a neat and competent job. They are your best asset. Sharon Campbell
