I needed to remove a load bearing wall in my home. Dave was very responsive. He came out looked at the project, discussed the options available, and sent a written report less than 3 days. He was very curtious and professional and did his best to determine the correct and simpliest solution for us. I would definitely use him again.

Wasn't interested in looking above what could be seen directly from the ground. i.e. anything higher up and not in direct site line was missed
