I first went on Service Magic at 6 am and having never used it before, I didn't know just how quickly someone would respond. A/C responded within 10 min. :) I originally had called for a refrigerator problem and after talking with him, he said he didn't think it was something that required repair and he didn't want to come out, not be able to duplicate the problem (because it was a sporadic noise), and then charge me for nothing. I liked that! He said to just watch it and call him if thigns started going down hill. A week later our LG washer went on the fritz. I called him and he was able to send someone out THAT DAY! Jose was AWESOME!!

FANTASTIC!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! When I hit "send" here on Service Magic, he called me in less than 5 seconds. I moved appointment days on him to today - even with less than 4 hours notice, he was happy to oblige. Arrived on time, and even called to let me know he was on the way. Our Washing Machine is 10 years old - he asked for the model and seriel number ahead of time to "make sure he had everything needed." Diagnosed the problem in seconds, replaced pump and belt, and out the door in 30 minutes. Runs like new again! Quoted price before any work was done, and for $269 total, we should get another 10 years out of the old Maytag.5STAR
