We called High's out to check and clean two chimneys in our house. They inspected and recommended we not use the fireplaces until we had both chimneys relined. They did so for what we considered a very reasonable price. However, after the work was completed we had a problem with acrid smoke coming into the upper floors when the downstairs fireplace was being used. We had to called back the person who originally diagnosed the problem twice with no resolution to the problem. We called customer service who put us in contact with Michael Pinto who sent out another employee who took care of the problem right away with no extra charge.
